Golf is booming in Cameroon, but there’s still a lot of work to be done to make it a reality.
That’s the view of the world’s fifth-largest economy, and its biggest source of revenue.
In a bid to lure golfers and other business people, Cameroon’s government has invested millions of dollars in a $400 million golf course, which will be used to train people in the country’s booming tourism industry.
It’s the latest example of how the country is slowly getting back on track.
“This is a great investment for Cameroon and the country, but we still have a lot to do,” said Joao Sousa, the minister for tourism and culture.
The construction of the Golf Course is one of several initiatives aimed at making Cameroon the first country in the world to have a fully-fledged golf course.
It is expected to take two years to complete.

Cameroon is the largest country in Africa and has become a major destination for foreign visitors since President Paul Biya came to power in 2011.
The country has attracted more than 200 million tourists, including more than 30 million foreigners.
Tourism was the biggest contributor to GDP growth last year, growing by more than 8% to $1.8 billion, according to the government.
However, a lot is still needed to bring the country back to growth.
Tourism accounts for about 10% of GDP, or $6.8 million in 2015, and only 10% to 15% of the countrys GDP, according the World Bank.
“I think we have made progress in the last three years,” said Sousas, who is in charge of Tourism and Culture.
“We’ve also made the best investments to bring Cameroon back to its growth potential.”
Cameroon is already the third-largest country in South America and Africa, after Mozambique and Zambia.
But it is also facing a lot more challenges, including rising crime and corruption.
A lack of public infrastructure, which has resulted in poor roads and poor infrastructure, has made it difficult for people to get around.
The government has been investing heavily in infrastructure, including a $50 million road network.
It also invested $1 billion to expand the country and create a $200 million tourist office.
But many of those investments have been small, and the government has not been able to attract large numbers of tourists.
For example, it is investing only $500,000 to create a new bridge between the capital, Yaounde, and Ouarzi.
Souses said he hopes to attract 10 million visitors to the golf course by 2019.
“It’s an important part of our development plan,” he said.
“The people who will come here will be a part of Cameroon’s growth.”

Cameroon has seen a sharp rise in crime in recent years, and officials are taking steps to address it.
The new government has begun building a new police station at the Ouarza Golf Club, which is located on the outskirts of Yaoundé.
Police say they have increased patrols in the area to ensure that no one will commit crimes, but it will take a while to see the full impact.
Sesa said the government hopes to increase the number of police officers in the neighborhood.
“People are tired of living in poverty,” Souss said.
